(Douglas) Anderson, P. Eng. Mr. Anderson graduated from Glasgow University, Scotland in Civil
Engineering with honours in 1968.
Douglas has been a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK)
since 1974 and Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of
BC since 1977. Other memberships
include: American Waterworks Association (AWWA), British Columbia Water and
Waste Association (BCWWA) and Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA). Douglas has 38 years engineering experience working with consulting
engineering firms in Scotland and Canada, and with local government. His experience and expertise covers all
aspects of civil and municipal engineering including study, design and construction
of water, sewage and drainage systems, roads and infrastructure. As the president of the company, Douglas supervises and co-ordinates
engineering staff and ensures engineering projects undertaken are completed
in an efficient and professional manner. F.
(Francis) Lacasse, E. I. T. Mr. Lacasse graduated from Sherbrooke University in Civil Engineering
in 2005, with several courses (GIS modelling and Water Resources) completed
at the Florida International University, Florida, USA. Francis has been a member of the Association
of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC since 2006. Over the course of his career, Francis has developed his knowledge of
simulation modelling for hydrology and hydraulics of water systems. His expertise includes software such as XPSWMM
and WaterCAD. As the junior project engineer for the company, Francis’ duties
include the design of sewer and water systems, site inspections and liaison
with approval agencies. A. A.
(Aaron) Bonnor Mr. Bonnor graduated from North Island College in 2007 with a Certificate
in Drafting. He has over one year of municipal drafting experience. He is well versed in AutoCAD Civil 3D and
Map 2007.
